John Muir Trust biodiversity project

Visiting John Muir Trust properties this summer? Then why not help us with wildlife monitoring?

Biodiversity is simply the variety of life, from the tiniest ant to the tallest tree. Biodiversity helps keep the planet (including us) healthy.

Being able to monitor trends in biodiversity is extremely important to knowing what is there and what needs help. Wildlife spotting is fun and it can be adventurous too! Can you be eyes and ears for the Trust? We would be very interested in your wildlife sightings and observations when you visit John Muir Trust properties. Use the simple recording forms available from the John Muir Trust Biodiversity Project web page to tell us your sightings, or send an email to the Liz Auty, John Muir Trust Biodiversity Officer - elizabeth@jmt.org.
